México.- Fue en una conferencia de prensa realizada el pasado 10 de junio, donde la exedecán Paola Durante señaló que le tiene una gran estima a esta controversial mujer con la que compartió tiempo mientras estuvo en prisión.
Asimismo, mencionó que tiene intenciones de dar algunas pláticas a mujeres sobre su experiencia de vida y espera poder dar una en donde se encuentra Aldrete.
“La primera conferencia que vamos a hacer es en un reclusorio donde está una persona muy importante para mí. Sara Aldrete. Queremos dar una conferencia para que ellas tengan esas ganas de salir, de que sí hay vida después y pues llegarle a Sara que yo se que no la está pasando nada bien, que no la ha pasado nada bien y quiero llegar a ella. Por mujeres como Sara, por muchas mujeres que conozco y como fui yo es que quiero hacer estas conferencias”, detalló y añadió:
“Cuando salí de todo esto me di cuenta que cuando eres feliz todo se abre… ahora mi mundo es hermoso a pesar de que se está repitiendo la historia”, explicó.
De igual manera, al ser cuestionada respecto a si ha tenido contacto con ella, Durante destacó que hace poco tiempo fue a visitarla.
“Fui a verla hace seis meses y siempre que pasa algo como esto siempre me llama. Ella siempre está preocupada por mí y yo por ella. Desde el día uno ella siempre ha estado al pendiente. Ha sido una gran amiga, a veces extraño momentos que viví con ellas porque nunca me juzgaron, siempre creyeron en mí”, ahondó.

Cuando Paola Durante fue señalada como sospechosa del asesinato de Paco Stanley y estuvo en prisión, conoció a Sara Aldrete, quien la apoyó durante su estadía. “Yo bajé con mucho miedo por lo que me decían del cobijazo y de repente vi a una mujer de 1.80, güera, de cabello largo y ojos como amarillos. Ella me dijo: ‘¿Qué onda? Soy Sara Aldrete, soy tu madrina y yo te voy a proteger’”, relató en una entrevista con Yordi Rosado y agregó:
“Ella me recibió y me llevó a todos los dormitorios para que conociera el reclusorio. Me dijo: ‘tranquila, yo te voy a defender’. Tocaba las puertas y decía: ‘yo soy la madrina de ella’. Ella era la que llamaban la ‘narcosatánica’ y sigue ahí”.
